We’ve been wanting to get a family portrait done, but we have to save our pennies for it! Of course that’s because we want Gene (our wedding photographer) to do it! As far as we’re concerned, he’s the best – and he’s not cheap!

At about 10:30 last night, my sister called to tell us that President Gordon B. Hickley (97 years old) had passed away.
He was such a great man full of vitality, humor and wisdom. What an incredible leader he’s been for the past decade and more!

So at our house…we have an on-going dilemma. It has to do with the “B”. (i.e. binky, paci, mam, etc.)
When we brought Ryan home from the hospital after he was born, we popped a binky in his mouth. Why? Because he was crying – and this little plastic thing was a “miracle worker!” Being new [...]

…I wish I could have just one day that every diaper I change isn’t poopy! *sigh*

The ride home from Church is only 10 minutes. (Twelve if we get stopped at red lights.) But both kids are usually asleep in their car seats by the time we get home.
